The Man Who Kills for Pakistan
Pakistani hangman, India derailment, Brazil Olympics,
Some 8,000 people are believed to be on death row in Pakistan where more than 200 people have been hanged since it lifted its moratorium on the death penalty last December. Sabir Massih carried out a quarter of them as he told the BBC.
Officials in India say at least 19 people have died and several hundred have been rescued after two trains derailed. Reports say the trains were hit by a sudden surge of water from the swollen Machak river in Madhya Pradesh.
