Deadly Derailment of Two Indian Trains
Indian train derailment, California fires, Rio Olympics.
Rescue teams in central India are searching for passengers after two trains were derailed by flood water on a bridge within minutes of each other. One of the trains was on its way from Varanasi to Mumbai, while the other was travelling in the opposite direction.
Fires are raging in northern California - authorities have ordered 13,000 people to leave the region as they struggle to contain the spread. The head of the Brazilian Olympic Committee tells the BBC he is confident of delivering a memorable games.
