Survey Ranks Northampton Poorly For "Sporting Atmosphere"

Ministers are today asking for ideas on how to increase the number of us playing sport, because there's been a fall since the 2012 Olympics. Would participation in Northampton be higher if the town had a better sporting atmosphere?
