A group of retired Avon & Somerset police officers have contacted the BBC saying that Chief Constable Nick Gargan should be sacked or forced to resign. Mr Gargan is due to return to work after being found guilty of eight charges of misconduct. He was cleared of the more serious charges of gross misconduct.
