
US Killers on the Loose
Hunt for escaped killers, Blow for Turkey's Erdogan, Apple launches streaming service.
The escape of two murderers from a maximum security jail in New York has been described as a "crisis situation" by the state's governor. Richard Matt, 48, and David Sweat, 34, used power tools to break out of Clinton Correctional Facility in Dannemora. Governor Andrew Cuomo says "these are dangerous men capable of committing grave crimes again".
The Turkish prime minister Ahmet Davutoglu has urged all political parties to back the AKP's plans to change the constitution despite its failure to win a majority in parliamentary elections.
Apple today launches a new music streaming service, to rival competitors like Spotify. Some analysts think Apple has left it too late.
