'Germany willing to offer tax expertise to Greece'

Michael Fuchs, the vice-chairman of Chancellor Merkel’s CDU parliamentary party tells Stephen Sackur that Greece has failed to put proper systems in place for land registry and taxation and the German government has offered to help them with providing experts.
