What Happened When Cyril Smith Was Arrested In Northamptonshire

Northamptonshire Police say anyone found to be involved in a "cover-up" over the arrest of Cyril Smith in the county more than 30 years ago will not be protected. However, the county's Police & Crime Commissioner Adam Simmonds says any one with recollections of the incident at that time should come forward.
