Road Accidents Involving Cars And Horses Often Go Unreported

It's claimed many collisions involving horses, their riders and cars on country roads are going unreported, with a rider from Northamptonshire who suffered serious injuries telling BBC Radio Northampton that drivers need to be "better educated."
