Woman and eight children found dead in Cairns Australia

Police in Australia say eight children have been found dead at a house in the city of Cairns in northern Queensland.

A woman, found at the scene, has been taken to hospital suffering from stab wounds. A family member outside the house told local reporters the woman was the childrens' mother.
