Alex Lester sits in for Howard and chats to Teresa and Jeremy who went from Oxford to Uganda to help a charity rebuild lives after the civil war, and some cheerleaders from Bicester pop in for a chat and a practice ahead of their trip to Croatia to take part in the European Championships.
