Stress and the ambulance service
South West Ambulance Service staff took over 900 days off last year because of stress, anxiety and depression - that's more than over he previous three years combined.
The union UNISON says the NHS 111 service is putting more pressure of Paramedics and Ambulance drivers in Gloucestershire.

Care UK - which runs 111 in Gloucestershire - says call-out rates in the county are no higher than those experienced in other parts of the country.
