Christmas car park chaos?

It's less than a month to go until Christmas but how many of us in West Yorkshire will end up with a parking fine because we're confused about where we can and can't park.

British Parking Association say over 60% of drivers find regulations confusing and over half are just as stumped when it comes to appealing against a parking ticket.
