After The Scottish Referendum - What Next? Local Councils Want More Powers.

An organisation representing most of the local councils in Northamptonshire has written to the Government asking for more powers to raise taxes, run services, build homes, and encourage jobs. This is ahead of a regional BBC TV debate asking "What Next?", after the Scottish Referendum.
