Clouds

Paul examines the ways Clouds have been seen through history, how they're seen in the modern world and the ways different writers and artists have represented them in art and literature. He meets Penny Newell who is studying for a PHD in what it means to study clouds, Professor John Thornes, who used the weather Monet and Constable depicted, to accurately date their paintings and Gavin Pretor-Pinney, the man responsible for the Cloud Appreciation Society.
