Greg Clarke: Non-white coaches need a 'fair chance'
Football League chairman Greg Clarke has told 5 live that he will lead a review into the under-representation of Black, Asian and ethnic minority (BAME) managers at League clubs.
Huddersfield Town manager Chris Powell (pictured) is one of only two black managers out of 92 in the Football League.
Mr Clarke said, "If I was a young black player, I'd look at the number of black managers and think, what's the point?"
"Not only do we need to fix the supply and demand, we need to get the faith of the young black community that they will get a fair chance of getting one of those jobs."
