Nurses from Spain, Portugal and Southern Ireland begin work in Leicester's Hospitals
Leicester's hospitals have turned to Europe to help address a shortage in nurses. More than 200 new nurses, recruited from Spain, Portugal and Southern Ireland will start work across all three Leicester sites. The employees are all given accommodation and a two month induction.
BBC Radio Leicester's Helen McCarthy took the opportunity to meet them.
