New Child Safeguarding System Sees Increase In Referrals

In its first year of operation, Northamptonshire's Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) has had 14,000 referrals about children who may be at risk. That's an increase of 40% on the previous year. BBC Radio Northampton has had exclusive access to the MASH.
