Elderly users say they're "devastated" at decision by Wellingborough council to close Glamis Hall Day Care Centre. The Council says it can't afford to maintain the building.
The Borough Council of Wellingborough has confirmed that it will shut Glamis Hall and save the £170,000 annual running costs of the building.
Elderly users say they're "devastated" that the Hall will close on January 1st next year.
