Ukraine and EU sign historic trade pact

Ukraine signs a partnership deal with the European Union. We speak to the Ukrainian government and ask whether the lives lost over Kiev's desire to pivot west rather than east, have been too high a price to pay. Also we hear from Hong Kong where there are concerns that China wants to limit Hong Kong's freedoms.
