A women from Luton who had her life turned around by counselling, is urging other Asian women to consider it. Yanaz Fatima spent three weeks in a coma after her premature baby died. In this clip, she tells the BBC's Yasmeen Khan how she managed to rebuild her life and regain her confidence.
