Kevin discusses the plight of the gay and transgender community in Jamaica. A discussion is being held this week to talk about the solutions to what is being described as the Jamaica’s “homophobic society”. We speak to a gay Jamaican man from Bristol to get his views. Also, we look into new research that shows no progress is being make on tacking race inequality in management. Plus he here from the new man at the helm of the Bath-based charity “Send A Cow”, reverend Simon Barnes.
