It's Rowell Fair Monday and the Breakfast Show is live in Rothwell for the 400th anniversary of the charter. From 6 o'clock in the morning, the Lord of the Manor of Rothwell and her Bailiff travel around the town in a horse-drawn carriage, delivering the charter proclamation at 11 hostelries, drinking a tot of rum and milk at each location.
