Drivers say work to install traffic lights at two of Shrewsbury's busiest Islands will create MORE congestion - not less. The Highways Agency say the 8.5 million pound work at the Preston Boats and Emstrey Islands is expected to last until Christmas, but do we really need traffic lights?
