Sexually Transmitted Infections

Dr Chetna Kang and Toby Friedner focus on disability and mental health.

There were over 16,000 cases of sexually transmitted infections in Beds, Herts and Bucks in 2012.

Latest government figures show Chlamydia was the most prevalent. And rates of infection among people over 45 are growing.

In this programme we'll find out what the common infections are, how they are diagnosed and what you can do about them.

And we'll find out why sex education in schools is so important.
