Leicester’s African Caribbean Centre facing closure
A centre for Leicester's black communities is facing the prospect of closure. The African Caribbean Centre in Highfields has been running for over 30 years but users say it is “underused” and needs greater investment. In this extract, the BBC's Kevin Ncube reports from a council meeting with local residents and the city's Mayor, Sir Peter Soulsby.
