Manny is joined in the studio by Bangladeshi doctor Sadaf Callaghan. She will be talking about a range of health issues that particularly affect the Asian community.
Manny will be reflecting on the funeral of Batook Pandya, who was the Director of Stand Against Racism and Inequality, or SARI in Bristol. We will be hearing from family and friends and about the legacy that Batook has left behind. Also, Manny is joined in the studio by Bangladeshi doctor Sadaf Callaghan. She will be talking about a range of health issues that particularly affect the Asian community, including breast cancer. Plus we will be hearing about celebrations in Bristol for the big Hindu festival “Maha Shivratri” celebrated by offerings to Lord Shiva.
