Black community views on the possible car smoking ban

With a Commons vote on whether smoking in vehicles carrying children taking place on Monday, we speak to members of the black community in Bristol who say what they do in their own car is their own business and they are prepared to break the law. Plus we hear about the World Health Organisation and their warning of a “tidal wave” of cancer sweeping the African/Caribbean community.
