Manmohan Singh's Economic Legacy

Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has announced that he will not stay in the post if his Congress party wins the next election, due in the summer. We'll be looking at the economic legacy he leaves behind. Also, we'll be chewing the fat over obesity. Apparently, the overweight people in the developing world now outnumber those in the developed - do expanding economies lead to expanding waistlines?
