Wes will be broadcasting live from the National Media Museum in Bradford for his Children in Need special on Friday, 15 November.
He'll be meeting musicians from across West Yorkshire as they take to our stage and "Busk for the Bear".
There'll be a special performance of Agadoo from Black Lace's Dene Michael, and you never know, Wes may well take to the stage for a musical number as well.
