'Daniel Pelka's Law' and junk food

A petition calling for a law to make it mandatory to report suspected child abuse has been signed by 50,000 people and a campaign called Junk Free Checkouts has been launched to try to force supermarkets and other shops to stop selling unhealthy food near the tills.
