Santander Bank, veils and house prices

A plot to hack into computers at a branch of Santander Bank, a judge at Blackfriars Crown Court allows a Muslim woman to appear in court wearing a veil over her face and should the Bank of England use its powers to limit house price increases to 5% a year?
