Luton Carnival and your perfect evening

This Sunday fifty thousand people are expected to gather in Luton for the International Carnival. It's a smaller event than in previous years when it was traditionally billed as the biggest one day carnival in Europe. Iain asks if you are planning to go to the Luton Carnival?
