The five million pound 'Telehealth' scheme

A five million pound 'Telehealth' scheme has been called a failure and a complete waste of money by some GP's in the County.

NHS Gloucestershire invested in 2,000 units in 2011.....but nearly 2 years on... only 759 people are currently using the systems - that's £7143 per head!
