Estimating and measuring area

A Chuckle Maths lesson on how to calculate area in square metres from knowledge of lengths and widths using a real life problem - estimating and measuring the length of a carpet. Common mistakes are accounted for and explained so the children are aware of such errors when using and applying more complex operations in maths.
