Meet Trish, a special kind of Mum

Being a parent to three small children is a tough job but when you also suffer from a rare condition which means your joints are fused together, it creates added difficulties.

Trish Thomas was born with a condition called arthrogripheosis.

As a result she's been in a wheelchair since she was eight years old.
