Problems in High Town, food waste and "Ding Dong! The Witch Is Dead"

A petition signed by 2000 people calling for a vote of no confidence in two Luton Councillors will be handed into Luton Town Hall today.

Local residents in High Town feel Roxanna Whittaker and Andy Malcolm have failed in their duties to tackle the problem of prostitution in the area.
