Graffiti in Hitchin and Henry Winkler in Milton Keynes

Residents in Hitchin are being forced to live with graffiti months after reporting the problem.

Hertfordshire County Council won't remove it because it's not racist or offensive enough.

But it will be cleaned up as part of the routine maintenance work in the area.

Grafitti that is offensive will be removed within 24 hours.
