The Oriana's royal reception

Sea City follows the cruise ship Oriana as it prepares for a royal visit. One of team's challenges is to get a specially commissioned anniversary cake on board for a royal reception with the Princess Royal. We follow cruise ship catering manager Alan Carr as he co-ordinates operations including the VIP reception and celebratory tea.
