Leighton Hospital Chapel

On the week of St. Luke's Day, the Patron Saint of Healing, we're In Praise of God from the chapel at Leighton Hospital in Crewe for a Forget-Me-Not Memorial service to those who've lost a loved one over the past twelve months.
