A Wiltshire businesswoman criticises Salisbury's 'dying' city centre

A shop owner criticises what she says is the 'dying' centre of Salisbury in posters in her shop window. Also today Bradford-on-Avon is praised for the way it plans to host the Olympic torch relay.
