Amber Valley plans changes to waste recycling

Amber Valley Borough Council is planning changes to the kind of recycling it collects from people's homes. Plastic will be able to go in new wheelie bins, while garden waste will be collected for free. The council says it should also be able to save money, despite collecting more.
