Wiltshire speedwatch: Drivers caught speeding 15,000 times in a year

Wiltshire's Community Speedwatch schemes have caught speeding drivers 15,000 times in one year. Hear from the scheme's co-ordinator, volunteers and Big Brother Watch who are against speed cameras.
