Essex Casualty Reduction board launches new scheme

Essex Causalty Reduction board has launched a new campaign called No Excuse. In short, a town is selected and many agencies target their resources at it looking at such things as speeding, wearing your seatbelt and using a mobile behind the wheel. Vehicles are also checked to make sure they are roadworthy and insured.
