As well as reflecting Armistice commemorations, Fitz hears from the author of a book whose lead character is called Poppy Day.
Army wife Amanda Prowse has drawn from her own experiences to pen the book - a contemporary love story of an Army wife and her husband. All profits from the sale of the book will be donated to the Royal British Legion.
Alison Treharne will be offering free and independent financial advice after 1pm. And the laughs will be provided by veteran comedians Stan Boardman and Roy Walker.
