Shropshire man's second stroke was preventable

John Walker, 64, from St George's never had a follow-up appointment, or any treatment, after his first stroke in 2008. He then had another stroke, just three months later. The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospitals NHS Trust has accepted liability and agreed compensation.
