Immigration, David Holdsworth and parking permits

Prime Minister David Cameron has said immigrants hoping to join family in Britain must "make a contribution" and not be "a burden on the taxpayer", BBC controller of English regions David Holdsworth on cuts to local radio stations and the cost of parking permits in some parts of London has gone up by more than the rate of the inflation.
