Hazel Faulkner serves rich autumnal flavours

Hazel Faulkner is the head chef at the Black Horse in Woburn. She’ll be serving a selection of dishes that she thinks shows off the rich flavours of autumn.

Simon Northcott’s daughter loves cake so much; he decided to name his business after her. Scarlett Loves Cake is based in Hertfordshire. Simon will be baking up some of Scarlett's favourite sweet treats.

And wine expert Mark Moorhouse is responsible for keeping the glasses topped up!
