Is Malvern's Cher Lloyd set for number one this weekend?

Swagger Jagger is set for number one and celebrations are planned at Cher's on Sunday. One of our local councils owns eight hotels and a pub! Wouldn't they be a better asset to the community if they were sold or is it a case of flogging the family jewels?
