D'arcy's head chef, Australian-born Ruth Hurren

Ruth Hurren is the head chef at D'Arcy's in St Albans, originally from Australia, she'll be cooking up some culinary treats.

Nicola Teixera will be in the studio… She’ll be serving traditional food that she’s learnt from an inspiration cook – her mum!

Chris Woodhall from Cambridge Wine in Ampthill will be making sure everyone's glasses are full.
