Schoolboy crushed by falling branch speaks to the BBC

Harry Bowen of West Bergholt was underneath a two-tonne branch when it fell at Felbrigg Hall. Branch killed his classmate and injured two more. His mum says the family is devastated they won't get any compensation. Also, Essex County Council now says over 1,500 jobs will go in the next two years.
